hi. happy monday! i have tons of exciting things to share with you today.
but first, please give birthday wishes to my bff miss rachel.
she really is the ultimate woman and an amazing friend. i'm so lucky. lookin' forward to a sushi double date tonight to celebrate!
also, i finished the inside part of my 2010 planner last night! i worked on it for about 2 hours and it was so much fun! i'll be posting more photos and instructions towards the end of the week too, since i still have to stitch my cover. really pleased with how it's turning out!
here are a few more peeks...
he! i thought it would be fun to add a little stitching kit in the back of my book. :)
and here are a few photos of the vintage pyrex i thrifted over the weekend...
ha! and some silly photos of vanessa & i in Branson today (most silly city in the W O R L D!). at least they have ice cream, though. :)
and something i have been so excited to share.... the RVA Autumn schedule!
i'll post more info as each event approaches. Hope lots of you can come to our NERD PARTY and sidewalk sale this Friday night! The party will be from 6-9 with a surprise make&take craft project, yummy treats and (as always) tons of photos & fun shopping!
first of all... i wanted to share with you a link to an artist interview i did last week with Evie S. i love her blog so it was a huge honor! when you have time, browse through her blog and shop. you'll love it.
gosh. i have so many cute things to share this week. it's been extra inspiring!
the cutest wedding blog i've ever seen in my life. i'm not even planning a wedding (well, maybe just a little bit... in the back of my mind) but it is so full of visual inspiration that i could not stop reading it all week. i think the thing i love most about it is that the weddings featured are lighthearted and really creative. i think fancy weddings are pretty, but these wedding appeal to me more.
(all photos below are from the Once Wed archives. please look there for links and specific photo credits.)
(this is probably the prettiest wedding dress i've ever seen. so gorgeous!)
yay! our first pumpkin spice lattes of the season! this is how we have mark the start of Autumn. it was a little bit chilly this morning and we were celebrating our first big Fall update at rva is finished and Jeremy just finished recording a full length album for another band!
another thing we are really enjoying is a new album from David Bazan. It's called "Curse Your Branches" and it's wonderful. i love his songs. i can literally listen to them 100 times and still be in love.
(he has the same green shoes as Jeremy in this photo.)
and a few more photos of my loft updates. added this handmade felt leaf garland in my kitchen (it was on my bed frame last year).
(these small things make me very happy.)
