Do you know that in a country in Italy there is a special town where confetti's are produced?

Would it be possible for Mallory to give some tips for aspiring DIY designers? I'd like to produce a few dresses by myself and am finding that most online tip guides are confusing or too disjointed. How does outsourcing work? What's the most efficient way to sew dresses yourself? Should you sew by request or have a set with different sizes available? Which sizes should you have more of? ...and so on. 2945abc45 0422 http://www.primesale.com
