One of the themes for our wedding ceremony is feathers. I'm over the moon because my friend Abbey let us borrow her insane vintage feather bird collection for our guest book table. They arrived today and they are so so pretty and one of a kind. In love....♥ Xo, elsie

1. I'm positively smitten with Jill's Dream Catcher DIY. It's so pretty! I'm pretty sure we need a yellow and gold one in the Red Velvet studio.

4. My mom's wedding dress (above). It's a simple maxi dress and I love wearing it. I snuck it out of her closet many times before she officially gave it to me. :)

"the mondays"

I know a lot of people hate Mondays, but it's my only 'real' day off every week, so I LOVE them! Today Mr. Larson and I did some serious vintage hunting (found loads of pretty dresses and some other pretty things for the shop) and then I went out and ordered his wedding ring. Now I'm at home ordering sample fabric for our autumn dress line. Tonight will be a date night.... perfect day! Especially since the rest of this week is going to feel like one never-ending DIY project.
