I'm so excited to share this guest post today because these lovely ladies were a HUGE part of the planning, design, and set-up of my wedding reception. They are both such hard workers and have the most amazing taste when it comes to party planning!
Meet: Sharon Taylor, mom of 4,{soon to be}5 kids, event & interior designer, blogger and owner of Pickwick House.
Meet: Kendra Skinner, blogger, fashion designer, painter, DIY girl, event designer, and new home-owner with hubby.
Party Planning: We handle all types of events and especially LOVE weddings. We seek to "make stories on a table" and give each guest a "happily ever after" feeling when they enter a party. Helping clients express their own style and personality is a large part of what we do. Kendra and I have been collaborating together on weddings and installations for over a year now. We have so much fun together!
Our latest "Summer Lovin" party set-up was a blast. It's always fun to see what we will end up with when we work together. It's great to feed off another creative mind. Local Photographer, Janae Hardy snapped a few shots of the party.

Sharon's Style: Frenchy + preppy + a little bohemian.
Kendra's Style: Vintage Eclectic with a touch of modern
XO. Sharon and Kendra

Oh, so beautiful! It makes me want to hold parties all summer long just so I can decorate.

Ooh, how neat! I never host/go to parties, but it's truly neat to see what you two did to spruce things up. Inspiring!

Love the ruffles, and the coral centerpiece is so unique! Is it encased by a large bell jar?

Thanks so much, Elsie!! All of your followers are so sweet!
To answer questions:
Fabiana, the world map is a vintage National Geographic from a flea market in Ozark, MO. We LOVE the faded, bleached out look of it!
Genevieve, the coral centerpiece is pretty unique. The coral piece on the table is encased by a large Kentucky Dam Dome that was used to cover the Catwalk lights underneath the dam. It is from the '20's. We hope to have our etsy account up soon. Be sure and check in! Thanks again, Elsie and Emma! xoxo sharon
