aorable! really fits in with the two of you as well!

I LOVE the feather boutonnieres! We made our own ourselves too, but the feather version is really marvelous.

Loving these wedding week posts!!

So fun and pretty! Love it!

I love this! I'm in the middle of wedding planning so I may have to 'borrow' this idea - thanks Elsie!!

this is such a great idea! i love your wedding color palette, so fun! xoxo

I think *any* diy projects that can be done well in advance are a definate bonus in the countdown to any important event - most wedding stuff can only be done in the last few days so it's good to have as few extra things as possible already done. Just so long as you don't forget that you've done them! ;) These feather 'boutonneires' are just lovely and perfect for your colourful feather-filled day :) Thanks for sharing!

...sorry! I meant '...to have as few extra things as possible remaining...' >_<

I love the idea of using feathers instead of flowers!

I made all the boutonnieres for my wedding back in April too. It was the easiest and most fun DIY project I did for my wedding.

They came out so lovely, I love the colors!

Oh, pretty! I think these are lovely, and also subtle to wear every day as a reminder of your wedding.

I LOVE these! They're such a great idea, and they really were ideal for your wedding theme. They're so cute, I kind of want to make some for my hair! :]

i made feather bouttonnieres for my wedding as well. They were super easy and really fun. Instead of berry garland and stuff i used vintage pearl buttons

Aww, this is such a wonderful idea, I'm loving it!

I really want a vintage diy wedding. I've been really looking at the details for some reason (even though we're not engaged yet) and this is just perfect!

I haven't commented in a long time, but I have been keeping up with your blog, and I love all the wedding details and pictures!

It just makes my heart smile. :) So happy for you!

Those are so cool! I'm only seventeen (and single at that!) but even though I won't be getting married for a while, I just might have to save this as an idea for when I do! :D

What a great more masculine twist on the traditional buotineer! Very creative and I bet he loved it!

this is good! better than getting a bunch of flowers i think :)
