Here's what I blended: 3/4 cup frozen raspberries, 1/2 cup frozen peaches, 1/2 cup frozen dark cherries, a banana, 5-10 mint leaves, 1 cup water. This serves two and makes a very dense smoothie. You can add more water if you want a lighter version. I also add a tablespoon of honey and a sprinkle of truvia to most smoothies. This recipe is tart and minty, which I love!
Enjoy your weekend! Love, Elsie (and Emma too)

Oh I saw you Tweet about this the other night and my mouth started watering! I'm so glad you posted your recipe-it sounds completely delicious!

I love that you're posting more recipes! This looks super yummy. I recently fell in love with my own blender (http://www.the-loudmouth.com/2011/08/currently-loving.html) and I've been a smoothie freak!

Sisters and smoothies--two things I love!! I'm going to try this as soon as I buy a new blender. Mine kicked it yesterday...

These sound delicious! It's funny - I've also been on a smoothie making kick lately! This morning I had frozen strawberries & pineapple, grapefruit, greek yogurt, banana, and OJ. Yummmm!
Also, your bangs are to die for! I'm aching for an update to my bangs and yours are perfect inspiration :) Happy Weekend!

YUM! So fresh and summery. This smoothie is definitely the perfect drink to go in those great vintage glasses!

This looks delish! I forget about using frozen fruit and get all cranky about how expensive fresh produce is. I should totally be using frozen fruit (and then I don't have to kill my blender trying to crush up ice). Also, this would be an awesome post even if the smoothies sucked (which they don't, of course) because those glasses are amazing.
