Home Tour: Our Living Room

Hello there and welcome to a little photo tour of our home. We live in a tiny 3 bedroom home that Jeremy purchased during his bachelor days. We spent the last year redecorating and making it cozy. It's been a fun process and we've shared a lot of wonderful memories in this space. Today I'll be sharing the living room and in the coming few weeks I'll be sharing five other rooms with you. Welcome! 

We spend a lot of time in our living room watching tv, blogging on our laptops, having the occasional cocktail night with pals and playing with Suki. It's mostly a place for relaxing.

So fun! Thanks for sharing! I know you are super busy but it would be so fun to know your thoughts on some of your things & decor choices. Did you do an inspiration board or did it just come together? Is there a significance to the brown boots & shoes? Do the mug shots ever scare you when you walk through the living room in the dark? I'm thrilled to see this. We're moving into a new place right now, so I've been reading Rachel's e-course, scouring Pinterest, and looking for ideas everywhere. I love seeing more and more inspiring rooms.

I've actually been wanting to paint the living room yellow for a while, but my boyfriend is a bit gun shy about the idea. Maybe showing him these pictures will give him a better idea of how awesome it would look.

Oh, and I couldn't help noticing your vintage mugshots are from Cincinnati - that's my city! :D
