We LOVE Lisa Congdon.

We're loving this hand lettering series by artist Lisa Congdon. These illustrations are a part of her current 365 project. She also just released her first handwritten font. (it's cute!)

Such a cute font, and I love her work. it's so simplistic and unique. I have participated in a 365 photo's a year project but I'm sort of on a hiatus from it =X It's actually very exhausting! heh

I did a 365 self portraits project when I was just starting to get into photography back in 2008! It really helped me because it forced me to be creative and to constantly try new things!

I have participated in a 365 days photo project for 3-years with one of them being a year of self-portraits. I haven't done one since 2010 though. I loved doing it, but it is so freeing not to have to do it. :-)

Love these... I've been getting really into experimenting with different handwriting styles and fonts. I keep seeing these images around, and absolutely love them! I think they'd be a great DIY art idea, handwriting with great quotes! Especially love the quote by the dear, late Julia Child :)
