I've been experimenting with fall and winter flavors in my salads lately. This salad is a bed of mixed greens and herbs with avocado, tomato, curry + fig dressing, and roasted carrots and pumpkin seeds. So yummy! Have you been roasting pumpkin seeds at your house? I like to bake mine with just a little Lawry's seasoned salt and butter.
This salad is a bed of mixed greens and avocado topped with baked brussels sprouts leaves, baked apples and blue cheese dressing. We loved the mix of flavors in this one! xoxo. Elsie

I can't wait to try this! It looks delicious! :)

Both salads look really delicious! My favorite salad for fall/winter is aragula with beetroot, apples and caramelized walnuts.

PS was the fig and curry dressing homemade or bought? If homemade any chance of a recipe in a future post? My Grandmother loves anything fig and think she would enjoy this at our Christmas BBQ!

I love salads, but Autumn just seems so chilly to be having salads... perhaps a warm salad for this season? :]

I don't normally enjoy salad when it's cold out, but these recipes are making me want to step out of my comfort zone :)

I am that person who believes fruits and vegetables do not belong in the same dish! However...the first photo looks delicious!
