Oh wow, that looks so amazing! I cant wait to make it this weekend. I love cozy meals!

I love all kinds of soups! But tortilla soup is on the top of the tops. Especially when its smothered with cheese.

Mmmmm, I have some black beans already cooked and frozen in the freezer. I see this soup happening in my very near future. :)

I'm not usually a fan of things with any sort of "Mexican Style" beans included in the recipe, but this looks delicious!

I'm so excited about this recipe! This is my first week attempting a vegan diet, and this looks delicious!! Thanks for sharing, can't wait to try it!

How Bout Some Cake?

Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce = ? Are their alternatives or any substitutes to this product? Unk to my eyes here in MN. Think I could use a good old pepper from the garden & add some hot sauce? Love, mwr

Dinner tonight. Check. Suddenly motivated.

Best,

mary- totally! the chipotle peppers are the spicy element, so feel free to use anything you like to spice up your soup. :)

That looks so cozy and inviting. I wish it were cool already here in LA. Would you believe me if I said it was in the 90's back-to-back. Xo Inna
