These are our best homemade pizza recipes. We have tried and true recipes for pizza dough and sauce, Detroit-style pizza, deep dish pizza, stuffed crust pizza and many more. Find your own perfect homemade pizza recipe that you will enjoy over and over again.

Pizza Dough
This is my most used pizza dough recipe. It’s easy to make with just five basic ingredients (white sugar, instant dry yeast, flour, salt, and olive oil), can be ready to bake in about an hour, and it’s that perfect blend of hand-tossed where it’s not super thick but also not thin crust.
Pizza Sauce
This is my go-to pizza sauce recipe. It’s a red, tomato-based sauce with just five basic ingredients: tomatoes, tomato paste, basil, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
Detroit-Style Pizza
Detroit-style pizza has a thicker, chewy crust. The edges are crunchy and crispy from pushing the cheese right up to the edge of the metal pan it bakes in. This pizza is made with yeast, flour, brick cheese, pepperoni, and pizza sauce.
Stuffed Crust Cast Iron Pizza
This stuffed crust cast iron pan pizza recipe is extra special, but I promise it’s also very easy to make with dry yeast, olive oil, flour, string cheese, mozzarella, and pizza sauce.
Deep Dish Pizza
An easy to make recipe for deep dish pizza using an 8-inch square baking pan. Made with yeast, flour, tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, and toppings of your choice.
English Muffin Pizza
Learn to make English muffin pizzas using English muffins, butter, sauce, cheese and toppings. An easy, kid-friendly recipe!
St. Louis-Style Pizza
The keys to a St. Louis-style pizza are threefold: a thin, cracker-like crust, a special blend of cheese called Provel, and a slightly sweet tomato sauce.
Cauliflower Crust Pizza
This recipe has quite a bit of garlic, a little spice from red pepper, and plenty of cheese and (fake) pepperonis. I prefer to leave the tomato sauce off when baking but have it available for dipping.
Street Corn Pizza
Warm, spicy corn doused in cheese, lime juice, and cilantro—yes, please! And then I thought, you know what’s really good? Why, carbs on carbs, of course. So I turned the whole concept into a pizza.
Zucchini Pizza Crust with Lemony Pea Pesto
Zucchini pizza is a great way to sneak in extra servings of vegetable. Made with zucchini, sea salt, flour, eggs, garlic, yeast, and dried oregano.
Creamy Double Broccoli Pizza
This pizza has got a creamy white sauce filled with ground up broccoli and then more broccoli on top. Get it? Double broccoli. And although I probably wouldn’t call this “healthy,” it certainly packs a big dose of vegetables, along with the cheese and cream sauce.
Spaghetti Squash Pizza Crust
So here’s the thing with this pizza: The crust is made from spaghetti squash. No flour. No butter. Just veggies and cheese, please.
Pineapple Fried Rice Pizza
This pizza is inspired by my love for pineapple fried rice. Same toppings, but there isn’t actually fried rice on this pizza. So you can breathe easy. The toppings are tomato sauce, baked tofu, bell pepper, pineapple, green onions, and fresh mozzarella.
BBQ Brussels Sprout Pizza
Did you know that BBQ sauce makes a great pizza sauce? Then pair it with Brussels sprouts, red onion, and shredded cheese.
Pomegranate, Kale and Balsamic Pizza
This pizza has a chewy, crunchy crust topped with kale, pomegranate seeds, feta cheese, and drizzled with a balsamic vinegar reduction.
Creamy Pesto Potato Pizza
The crust on this pizza is pretty amazing to eat. The sauce is a creamy pesto sauce that seriously takes about 2 minutes to make. Then it gets topped with potatoes (carbs on carbs!) mozzarella, and finally some spinach, arugula and grated parmesan before you slice it up and serve.
Whole Wheat Pizza Dough
I love how easy pizza is to make and that you can often use up random ingredients you may have on hand that you don’t know what else to do with. You will need maple syrup, yeast, flour, and cornmeal.
Garlic Butter Pizza Crust
This is a slightly healthier version of Domino’s pizza crust with sugar, yeast, flour, dry oregano, butter, and garlic salt.
Thin Crust Pizza Dough (Yeast-Free!)
If you’re wanting to cut down your pizza dough making time, a yeast-free option is the way to go. This crust dough is made with flour, baking powder, salt and olive oil.
Hot Cauliflower Pizza
This is a truly decadent and delicious vegetarian-friendly pizza made with yeast, flour, cornmeal, cauliflower, milk, hot sauce, bread crumbs, and brown sugar.
Vegetarian Cheeseburger Pizza
This vegetarian pizza is so good. For protein, we’ve got marinated, seasoned tempeh that gets topped with onions, tomatoes, and kale. Yum! There’s a thick crust topped with colby cheese, and then the whole thing gets drizzled in a spicy mayo.
Pizza Dough without Yeast
This pizza dough is quick, it’s delicious, and it makes pizza night at home a breeze. To make this dough, you need flour, baking powder, brown eggs, and olive oil.
30-Minute Sheet Pan Pizza
This 30-minute sheet pan pizza recipe is all about the dough. The goal: super fast yeasted pizza dough made with flour, yeast, olive oil, pizza sauce, and toppings of your choice.
Homemade Veggie Frozen Pizza (Vegan Friendly)
The best part of this pizza is this kind of sweet onion-type spread that replaces the usual tomato sauce. To make this pizza, you need yeast, sugar, flour, yellow onion, garlic, balsamic vinegar, orange bell pepper, mushrooms, and artichoke hearts.
High Protein Pizza Dough
This is an easy pizza dough recipe with added protein using pea protein powder, yeast, flour, and olive oil.
Blueberry and Spinach Pizza with Creamy White Sauce
This might sound like a weird combo but it is amazing. This delicious pizza is made with flour, yeast, onion, garlic, cream, Greek yogurt, mozzarella, spinach, and blueberries.
Crispy Kale Pizza
This pizza is a treat because it’s totally delicious. This pizza is made with sugar, yeast, flour, wheat flour, kale, pizza sauce, and your favorite cheese.
Pizza Bagels
Learn to make pizza bagels as a quick and easy dinner idea. Use bagels, pizza sauce, cheese and toppings to create this easy meal.
Easy Calzone Recipe
Calzone is different from stromboli in two ways. Stromboli is rolled, like a pizza cinnamon roll, while a calzone only has a top and bottom layer. This easy calzone is made with frozen bread dough, red sauce, ricotta cheese, and mozzarella cheese.
