Gift Idea: Handpainted Ukelele

Handpainting something is a fun and easy way to turn a store-bought gift into a personalized gift. With a little bit of masking tape and acrylic paint, I turned this ukelele into a special gift that reflects my little one's personality. I removed the strings and sanded the ukelele before I started my painting process. I applied several coats of paint and then masked off the sides with masking tape to create the stripes. Zephyr- the ukelele was from Amazon and it really wasn't hard to restring at all. If you have any trouble there are online tutorials to help.
