Today we visited a place that always inspires us, our grandmother's cabin. We love her eclectic aesthetic and many collections. She shares our love for 1950s fashion and rustic farm decor. She's one of our style icons.

Aren't cabins the greatest? Being at a cabin, away from everything and up in nature, just makes you feel so alive.

You two are so sweet! If you're ever in Kansas City during the first weekend of each month, visit the West Bottoms (downtown KC 12th st.) for some AMAZING vintage and antique shopping. Lots of repurposed and vintage furniture, tons of cool trinkets, and LOTS of inspiration. There are tons of stores open and it's a huge market! It'll take you a whole day to go through every thing... There's always such good deals and it's so fun. It's so worth the trip..you're so close!
Our store is https://www.facebook.com/BrocanteBliss or brocantebliss.com. We'd love it if you visited. E-mail me for more info! brocanteblissblog@gmail.com
(Anyone else reading this that is in the area..contact us for more info/questions too!)

these shots were really beautiful and I loved Emma's sweater its really nifty and sooooo adorable!!! Elsie I love your glasses and I was wondering if they had any glass in them or if they were empty, because I have two frames that my great grandma had and they are awesome and glassless. So really what I'm asking is do you think its OK to wear them even though there just empty frames???? thanks xx
