Hi! I'm don't do so much smoothies I'm going to be honest, because the good ones like these one, have a high fraction of fat. But once in a while, I do some. And this is on my to do list. I love Greek Yogurt and any kind of berry :)

I love anything with spinach, sometimes I use flavored yogurt, peaches, and strawberries.

All of these smoothies look so yummy! It makes me with that I had a blender. It has to be my next kitchen investment for sure.

currently enjoying a banana nutella milkshake (it is really a smoothie, though).

Haven't tried them yet, but they're bookmarked for later (need some ingredients)! This one looks especially exotic with the red against white shredded coconut. Yum!

Oh my, this looks so yummy! This is definitely a smoothie I will make, with agave nectar rather than Truvia though.

Hmmm this sounds delicious! Will try it in summer, at the moment too cold overhere for a tropical smoothie like this.

This one looks so good! I tried your green smoothie this morning and posted it on IG (@dottidee) it was amazing! It's the best green smoothie I've ever had!

Yummmy!!

This looks delicious. I started a green smoothie challenge this morning (thanks for the inspiration Elsie). I used baby spinach leaves, granny smith apple, half a banana and coconut water. It was pretty delicious. I think I'm going to make this one on Friday though - as a treat :-)
