Snow day! Yesterday we woke up to a magical winter wonderland.
Here's the view outside our house! Missouri is notorious for giving us a cold, but non-white Christmas. This happens pretty much every year. Then, months later when we are all aching for springtime, we finally get a beautiful, epic snow. That's kinda how it goes. Thanks, Missouri.
I'm thankful for fluffy white snow, for a warm house to work in without (too much) cabin fever and a husband who offers to grab coffee for everyone. :)

Pretty! In St. Louis all we got was rain, which mostly washed away the snow :( Back to the typical cold yet snow-less Missouri winter!

Oh i hear you! We have the same sort of weather in England. It snowed a few weeks back and now is just cold and miserable but i hope spring comes real soon. Being this cold isn't fun. x

this is funny because i did a "snow day" post just a few days ago! hehe. i am seriously dying for spring to come, but i have to admit the snow is pretty... at least ours (in Bosnia) melted pretty quick!

Moving from Germany to California brought a lot of weather changes, I really miss snow. I never thought I would say that, but there is nothing better than hot chocolate and a movie on a snowy day.

I always get the same feeling, that this time of year when we're all aching for spring is when the weather gets bitter cold and frosty. A last hurrah, I suppose, before allowing us to break out our pretty spring dresses.
